Indian Members:

  1. Appropriate amount may be paid in cash or through a crossed cheque/bank draft payable at Mumbai drawn in favour of 'Bombay Natural History Society'. Outstation cheque should include additional Rs 25/- towards bank charges.

  2. In case of subsequent change of residence of Life Members from category (a) to categories (b) or (c) postage for Journal and Hornbill will be charged extra at prevailing rates.

  3. Life members should submit an identity card size photograph (35mm x 24mm) along with the duly filled form.

  4. Institutional/Corporate Members - Ten Members of the Institution/Organisation can be nominated in rotation at the discretion of the authorised representative of the Institution/Corporate Body. These members can participate in regular programmes/nature outings, however they will not have any voting rights.

  5. Upper age limit for Student Members shall be 25 years, provided she/he is a regular scholar attending regular courses of Govt/State/Central Institutions or Universities (Documentary evidence / Bonafide Certificate to be attached)

Overseas Members:
  1. Foreign remittances should be made through SWIFT. The Bombay Natural History Society’s SWIFT No. is Deutsche Bank A.G.,Mumbai, A/c 19106016 for US $ and 0340349 for £ remittances. Members are requested not to send currency notes by post.

  2. Overseas postage is by Sea Mail. Members requiring the same by Air Mail will have to pay £10 or $ 25 extra.
